Can A Tea Strainer Be Fun? February 15, 2012

Yes, especially if it's English Style. I've used other types of tea strainers, and this style by far has brought the most enjoyment to the tea drinking experience for me and my friends, and it cleans up in a snap! I'm giving up tea bags and other strainers for good just so i can use this strainer more. Also, the tea just seems to taste better when using this strainer; maybe that's because the leaves are able to steep freely? I don't know, and I recommend it, just make sure to have a nice little bowl to set it in after straining. I use little silver bowls we purchased in India.
