English Honey Mustard

The Tracklement Company derives its name from the word “Tracklement” which is believed to have originated in Lincolnshire and used to describe accompaniments to the main part of a meal. Their products have won many awards over the years and today their range includes mustards, relishes, chutneys, sauces, jellies, ketchups, pickles and vinaigrettes.

All of the Tracklement mustards have a common factor—they are hand made in small batches without artificial colorings or preservatives.

English Honey Mustard is a wholegrain mustard made from ingredients produced under organic standards. Seeds and spices are ground simultaneously, then added to cider vinegar immediately thus retaining the essential oils. It is delicious with pork and sausages, as well as being a useful ingredient in mayonnaises and cheese sauces.

Each jar of English Honey Mustard contains 5oz. (140g).
