Sulla Honey by Pescia is a raw and unfiltered honey produced from the flowers of a wild local legume in the Tuscan hills.

Situated on Coastal Tuscany's Etruscan coast, Paolo Pescia is a second-generation artisan honey maker who is intensely passionate about ecosystems and preserving the environment. Paolo practices "nomadic" beekeeping, which requires transporting his beehives to seasonal flowering zones and protected national parks located on the Tuscan coast and hill country to produce single flower honeys of stunning quality and flavor. All production is done by hand, including the scraping of the honey from their combs.

Sulla Honey's light and delicate flavor and velvety texture makes it a delicious addition to tea or coffee. It can also be used in any sauce reduction or marinade. Pescia's Sulla Honey is wonderful for baking, pastries and desserts; and is extraordinary when spread on bread.
