Romanico Esencia Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Spain)

Romanico Oils are produced from a number of co-operatives totaling as many as 6000 farmers. While all of the oils produced are of excellent quality, a competition is held yearly to pick one early harvest oil that is judged by the official Catalonian tasting panel. The winning oil is bottled and marketed as the Esencia for the year. The Arbequena olives are virtually the only olives planted in this area.

Esencia is a very well balance oil, but it is more robust with a hint of apple flavor and grassy aroma.

Each bottle of Romanico Esencia Extra Virgin Olive Oil contains 16.9oz. or 500ml.
