Marcona Almonds

The Marcona Almond variety is shorter, rounder, sweeter and more delicate in texture than other varities. It is originally from the North East of Spain and is becoming popular in North America and other parts of the world.

Romanico Marcona Almonds are toasted and then sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and lightly salted. They are ideal with a glass of dry Spanish Sherry or with a sparkling Cava. They are an exceptional addition to any cheese course.
