Black Olive Tapenade by Olitos is a traditional Mediterranean delicacy of hand picked naturally-black Aragon olives, crushed with fresh mountain herbs and extra virgin olive oil. It is different from other tapenades on the market as it does not contain other ingredients such as anchovies, making it ideal for vegetarians and vegans and giving you the pure taste of freshly crushed olives.

This opulent tapenade makes a fine appetizer when served with fresh warm bread or crackers. It is also delicious when tossed with warm pasta, fresh cherry tomatoes and basil, or mixed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to add depth to salad or to season grilled white fish and chicken.
