Provence Mixed Olives With Herbs And Chili By Huilerie D'Opio

For 150 years, successive generations of the Michel family have known how to develop the Mills of Brague and have passed on the secrets of growing olives and of the production of olive oil.

The Mills of Brague are located in a small village called Opio close to Grasse. The Huilerie D'Opio has blended a mix of olives called "Aperolives" specially suited as appetizers. The mix contains black and green olives, Nicoises olives, vegetable oil, extra virgin olive oil, herbs, chili, garlic and salt.

The mix is packaged in an easy to store bag and contains 200g or 7oz.
