L'Antica Madia is a pasta producer located in the Langhe area of Italy. The Langhe is a hilly area in lower Piedmont, whose capital, Alba, is world reknown for its wines, truffles, and many other gastronomic products.

L'Antica Madia has created an organic line of pasta called Pasta d'Alba. Hand made using ancient recipes and bronze dies, it consists only of organically farmed grains and spring water.

Corn pasta is a pasta made from ground corn, and is often used in gluten-free diets. However, it is very often chosen simply for its taste. It is well suited with most sauces and is quite light, with a slightly nuttier taste.
