The Pesto in Salsa begins with their famous Ligurian style pesto and then adds oil preserved sundried tomatoes for another dimension and completely different taste. The pesto itself is made with the standard olive oil, Ligurian basil, pine nuts, and garlic to which are added cashews, peanuts and salt.
