Garlic Paste by GIA is produced using a unique formula based on an authentic Italian recipe. GIA Garlic Paste comes in squeezable tubes which store easily in the refrigerator after opening and leave virtually no mess.

GIA Garlic Paste is made simply of garlic (55%), sunflower oil, salt, and preservative (E 224). One half inch of paste is equivalent to one clove of chopped garlic (without the fuss). Garlic bread is a breeze. Gia Garlic Paste can be used in all recipes which call for garlic such as sauces, roast meat, stews, and casseroles.

Each tube contains approximately 3.1 ounces (90g) of Garlic Paste by GIA from Italy.
