Fleur de Sel Sea Salt With Espelette Chilli Pepper

Gourmet sea salt, also known as Fleur de sel, is the nectar of salt marshes. It is formed on the surface of clay pools when the water evaporates through the combined action of the sun and the wind. It is gathered and sifted by hand.

Fleur de sel from Madagascar comes from the salt marshes of Ifaty. It is 100% natural and guaranteed not to contain any additives, owing its whiteness, purity and taste to traditional craftsmanship.

The addition of Espelette Chilli Pepper adds an extra zip to chicken and fish dishes as well as to grilled meats.
