Our Crema di Balsamico Rosso is from Casa Rinaldi, a foremost producer of traditional balsamic vinegars of Modena for several generations.

Their balsamic creme preparations were created with casual and frequent consumption in mind. They are specifically bottled in plastic, squeeze bottles which allow for easier use for decorative presentations.

Each bottle of Casa Rinaldi Crema di Balsamico Rosso contains 250ml. or approximately 8oz.

We had this balsamic in a pizza restaurant in Volkmarsen, Hessen, Germany last month and I loved it so much I searched for it online when we got home,found this site, and bought 2 bottles of it. However, I don't now if the balsamic bottle in Germany was older or what, but it was much thicker and sweeter than the one I just received. I would have liked it to be just like the one in Germany for it was spectacular. The one I just received is OK, a bit more bland, and not as good considering the price to have it shipped.
