Amore Anchovy Paste

Serve this zesty dressing on mixed greens, sliced avocados, green beans, or tomatoes. Makes 3/4 cup

• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Amore Anchovy Paste
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
• Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well until blended.

Each tube of Amore Anchovy Paste contains 1.58oz or 44g.
