We tried to make the ordering process for this site as streamlined and efficient as possible. Simply select individual items by clicking on the "Add This Item To Cart" button found on every product page. Shopping cart contents can be modified or even entirely deleted at any time by clicking on the "Show Cart" button, and then the "Modify Cart Contents" button.

When you are ready to check out, click on the "Check Out" button found near the upper right hand corner of all our pages to begin the check out process. Please note that the entire check out process is carried out in what is known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) mode, which is the commonly accepted means of insuring the security of your personal and financial information.

If you are a new customer, you will be prompted for your shipping and billing information (please read our Privacy Policy).

The final order form is displayed which will allow you to change options and provide other information before completing your order. To complete your order you must click the "Submit This Order" button at the bottom of the page. We recommend that you retain your order reference number for future reference.

Alternate Ordering Methods

While secure online ordering is the easiest and fastest way to place an order, many of our customers prefer alternate means of order submission, particularly for the submission of financial information. To best meet our customers' desires, we offer the following alternate methods of payment submission:

By Telephone
If you should wish to submit your credit card information by phone, when prompted to add a payment method, please select "Phone me for this Information" as the credit card type. Continue with the checkout process, being sure to click the "Submit This Order" button at the bottom of the page, and retain the order reference number that you are given.

A customer service representative will attempt to reach you by phone during our normal business hours or you may choose to expedite the process and phone our customer service department toll free at (800) 796-0116 with your credit card information and order reference number. Our normal non-holiday business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM Central time.

By Fax
If you should wish to submit your credit card information by FAX, when prompted to add a payment method, please select "I Will FAX This Information" as the credit card type. Continue with the checkout process, being sure to click the "Submit This Order" button at the bottom of the page, and retain the order reference number that you are given. Then simply FAX your credit card information and order reference number to us at (800) 878-9355.
