already opened foodstuffs, we will handle merchandise returns on an
individual basis. Should a return be required, it must be sent back
within three (3) business days of its original receipt by the
customer.
Should damage occur to the merchandise in shipment, promptly notify
our customer service department for further instructions. Notification
of damage must be done within three business days of receipt by the
customer.
On occasion, a particular item of your choice may be out of stock.
When this occurs, the available products will be shipped immediately.
We will notify you by EMail of products not in stock and if they have
been back ordered for you. Due to widely varying availability
considerations, it is not possible to automatically back order items
for you. If we were unable to back order the item(s), please check
back on our site for availability.
In addition, we endeavor to maintain the
confidentiality of your credit card
information as well as your EMail address. We never divulge that
information to others, nor do we use it for purposes other than those
originally intended.
