of an important new customer satisfaction survey of its online
shoppers conducted in cooperation with Shopping.com.
The results showed that 100% of all survey
respondents would shop again at cybercucina.com. This survey earns the
online retailer of specialty food products the coveted "Trusted
Merchant" status with Shopping.com.
An important feature of the survey is that
customers were questioned not only at the time of purchase, but also
again after having received their order, so the results reflect not
only the initial online shopping experience, but also the over all
customer satisfaction through actual order delivery and product
quality.
"We are pleased and gratified by these
results", said John Schoeph, Marketing Director. "Historically,
many online retailers have failed as a result of their inability to
retain customers. The fact that 100% of our survey respondents
indicated that they would be willing to shop with us again, bodes well
for the future."
Surveys such as this one are becoming
increasingly important to online merchants as they not only provide
valuable feedback to the merchant, but the results are also made
publicly available for new prospective customers to review before
deciding to shop at a site they otherwise know little or nothing
about.

satisfaction rating, the rated site will almost always win out",

outcome of a concerted quality campaign we began better than a year

And the results are reflected on the company's
performance. While the privately owned online retailer does not
divulge financial numbers, it is willing to say that last year's
Holiday season sales showed a marked 40% increase, principally a
direct outcome of its quality initiative launched last year.
The survey was conducted with all cybercucina
customers placing online orders during the 90 day period ending April
30, 2004.
