Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Rosemary Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
• 4 Salmon Fillets

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Arrange half the lemon slices in a single layer in a baking dish. Top with salmon fillets and drizzle with rosemary olive oil . Add remaining lemon slices.on top. Drizzle again with rosemary olive oil. Bake 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
