This Week's Feature Recipe: Easter Lamb Gourmet Tip

We love presenting beautiful holiday meals to our family and friends. However, we are not above using a little shortcut every now and again. With Easter just around the corner, here is one of our favorite gourmet "tricks".

If you are serving lamb as your Easter entre, purchase a butterflied and rolled leg of lamb from your butcher. Simply coat it (very generously) with prepared pesto sauce such as our Boscovivo Pesto Genova or Rustichella Salsa Verde or Sage Pesto. Then proceed to roast in oven as usual.

All of these sauces have an olive oil base and plenty of delicious herbs and seasonings. They help to easily create a tender and tasty treat with very little effort!
