This Week's Featured Recipe
Seared Ahi Tuna with Sweet and Salt
Heat olive oil in a saute pan. Sprinkle both sides of tuna steaks
with Sweet and Salt. Rub in lightly. When pan is hot, sear tuna on one
side, about 3-4 minutes. In the meantime, toss greens with remaining
olive oil and balsamic vinegar and place on serving plates.
Flip tuna steaks onto unseared side and sear again until just
caramelized. Turn off heat under pan and allow to rest for a couple of
minutes. Set one tuna steak per plate atop the dressed salad greens,
garnish with the toasted pinenuts and serve.
