This Week's Featured Recipe - Ravioli with Walnut Cream Sauce

1 lb. Lapiana Ravioli with Pecorino and Potato Filling
1/2 c. walnuts
6 T. butter
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

Cook ravioli according to package directions.

Grind the walnuts together with the clove of garlic and place mixture into a serving bowl.

In a small pan, warm the cream on low heat and set aside. In a separate saucepan, heat the butter until it melts and turns slightly brown.

Add the cream, cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper to the garlic and walnut mixture.

Add cooked ravioli to the sauce, drizzle with the melted butter and stir well. Serves 4.
