Literally French for "rust," Rouille is a fiery-flavored, rust-colored sauce of hot chiles, garlic, fresh bread crumbs, egg yolk and olive oil. This Week's Featured Recipe - La Campofilone Artisan Egg Pappardelle with a Tomato, Basil, Capers, Olives, and Mozzarella Sauce

This family favorite recipe makes great use of an abundant supply of juicy, ripe tomatoes and pungent, fresh basil from our garden.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the pasta and the mozzarella cheese, and let the mixture sit for half an hour. Cook the La Campofilone artisan egg Pappardelle in 5 ½ quarts of salted boiling water for two minutes. Drain the pasta, and place it in four serving dishes, adding the sauce and garnishing with the mozzarella cheese.
