Olive Oil Cakes or “Tortas de Aceite de Oliva” originated in Andalucia, specifically near Seville. They recently have seen a surge in popularity especially in the USA. They are a light and healthy dessert, simply made with flour, water, yeast and olive oil.

 All the ingredients are natural with no preservatives added. Enjoy with tea and coffee, wine and cheese, or as a delicious snack on their own any time of day.
