Quick Grilled Marinated Dinner Steaks
A great way to save money and time using tough cuts of beef.
Optional: Instant Marinater For Meat
In a small bowl, mix together Ruby’s Garlic Spice BBQ Rub, Grapeseed Oil and black pepper. Pierce meat with a fork on both sides. Pour marinade over meat and place in Instant Marinater For Meat or use a large resealable container. Seal and refrigerate 2 hours if using Instant Marinater or 8 hours to overnight.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Place steak on the grill, and discard marinade. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Do not overcook, as it is better on the rare side.
