Pons, following a commitment to gastronomic innovation, has developed a new concept of culinary focused olive oils, for chefs and home cooks who want to impart a unique taste to their dishes. These oils are produced from early harvest Arbequina olives, harvested between October and beginning of November, along with fresh herbs. The two ingredients are stone milled together for a unique combination of flavors and aromas.

Vinegres de YemaLa Sacristia de Bodega San Fernando Sherry Vinegar Reserve by Vinagres de Yema is imported from El Puerto de Santa Maria, Spain, located on the Bay of Cadiz, and carries the seal of Protected Designation of Origin. This special edition sherry wine vinegar has been bottled as a tribute to their founder, D. Fernando T. de Terry y Galarza.  It is excellent in cold soups like gazpacho or salmorejo, in a vinaigrette, chimichurri, romesco, and marinades.
