A great colorful dip for a special occasion
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (5 ounce) jar Fratepietro Bella di Cerignola Olives, pitted, drained and chopped
- 3 tablespoons ketchup, or as needed
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and ketchup, adding ketchup as needed to make the mixture a light pink color
Stir in Fratepietro Bella di Cerignola Olives. Cover, and chill for at least one hour before serving.
