Nothing says summer like a delicious tomato & basil salad.
- 4 oz. Bocconcini mozzarella, cut in half
- 1- 6 oz. jar Bella Cucina Piccolo Pomodoro Tomato & Basil Antipasti
- Fresh Basil leaves & cracked black pepper
Cut mozzarella in half. Place on platter and scatter tomatoes around mozzarella. Spoon oil from jar of antipasti over the mozzarella and tomatoes. Tear basil leaves and scatter on salad. Top with freshly cracked black pepper.
