A wintertime meal that will warm you up
- 4 Pork loin chops
- 1 tablespoon Antica Italia evoo
- 1 jar French Baked Lentils
- 1 package of fresh or frozen spinach
- coarse sea salt, pepper & garlic powder for seasoning
Coat pork chops with olive oil. Season pork chops with desired amount of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Preheat the oven’s broiler. Place the pork chops onto a broiling pan. Broil for 5 minutes per side, or to your desired doneness. Time will be different depending on the thickness of your chops.
Heat undrained lentils. Bring liquid to a slow boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and cover. Add fresh spinach and simmer 10 minutes (add frozen in the beginning).
