A great dip to kick off your football party!
- 1 cup Artichoke Lemon Pesto
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 /2 cup and 1 tblsp. Parmesan cheese
- Stonewall Kitchen Rosemary Parmesan Cracksers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together Artichoke Lemon Pesto, mayonnaise and Parmesan Cheese except 1 tblsp. cheese until blended. Spoon into baking dish and evenly sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese bakes into a golden crust.
Serve with crackers. Serves 6-8.
