New Tuna Products
We are pleased to add two brand new tuna products.
Grated Bottarga di Tonno (Tuna Roe), traditional delicacy in Sicily and Sardinia, has a lively, salty, slightly sharp flavor. Grated directly over hot pasta, it blends well with olive oil or butter.
Callipo Fillet of Tuna (Filetto di Tonno) are made up of Yellowfin species, are characterized by a light pink meat color and lean meat. They are carefully selected and packed in glass-jars by hand.
